1. Design and Structure
This sophisticated valve boasts a 2PC structure design, streamlining the installation process. Constructed from robust 201, 304, and 316 stainless steel, it ensures long-lasting durability and resists corrosion effortlessly. Available in both standard bore and full bore designs, the valve accommodates diverse threading standards like BSPT, NPT, and DIN2999. Safety is prioritized with a secure locking handle feature.
2. Performance Specifications
Nominal pressure is set at an impressive PN4.0 and 6.4MPa, showcasing its robust capability.
Strength test pressure parameters include pT2.4, 3.8, 6.0, and 9.6MPa, ensuring unmatched reliability.
A low-pressure seal test pressure of 0.6MPa guarantees dependable sealing performance in varied conditions.
This versatile valve efficiently manages a range of media including Q11F-(40-64)C water, oil, and gas. It operates smoothly within a broad temperature spectrum of -29°C to 180°C.

For instance, NPS 1/4 features a DN of 6, a diameter (d) of 5, a length (L) of 40, a height (H) of 34, and a width (W) of 70. Additional sizes are available to suit various operational requirements.
4. Main Construction Materials
Built with precision, the valve body features CF8/CF8M materials. The ball and stem are fashioned from SS304/SS316, ensuring robust performance. Other components, including the packing gland, are made from resilient SS304. The handle and nut, also constructed from SS304, add to its structural integrity.
