Cast Iron Extractor Fitting Float Ball Valve for Gas Station
This Float Ball Valve is a specialized safety device designed for underground oil storage tank vent pipes or first-stage vapor risers. The float ball valve is connected with the four-way and is used for the oil and gas lifting pipe or the oil tank exhaust pipe in the first stage of the underground oil storage tank. The float limits the volatilization of oil and gas when the tank is full. If the exhaust pipe is full, the oil mixture is prevented from being blocked. The oil outlet of the oil transmission joint drains the oil out when the oil is full. The material is cast iron, the float is stainless steel corrosion resistant, and the epoxy resin coated steel ball prevents different metals from contacting each other, extending the service life.
Important: The four-way assembly cannot be used in the suction pump system, only in the gravity drop system, and cannot be used with the first stage oil and gas recovery line.
It prevents hydrocarbon vapor emissions and blockages by automatically regulating fluid flow based on tank liquid levels. Crafted for gravity-fed systems, it ensures safe and efficient operation while complying with strict environmental and safety standards.
